CINEMATOGRAPHER

Before I returned to directing, I stood behind the lens and under the lights.

As a cinematographer, steadicam operator, and camera operator, I mastered the art of framing and movement.

As a 1st AC/Focus Puller and 2nd AC, I refined my technical skill.

Working as a gaffer, best boy and spark, I learned how light shapes emotion, depth and atmosphere.

This experience honed my understanding of how to build a scene visually, how to communicate with a crew and how to balance art and technique.

Now, as a director, I don’t just see a story—I see a team I can work with to paint with light, motion, rhythm, and time.
